Covid19 Risk Assessment

How to carry out a risk assessment:

  • Work systematically through the form, from top to bottom.
  • On each row work from left to right; things relate to what is in the same row.
  • This is not supposed to be a general list of what the rules are.
  • It’s supposed to be about your Section and your environment

DC’s advice: If I was a leader, I’d write my plan, then risk assess it.  I would not try and do both things in one go. I’d paste the plan into the risk assessment form above the risk assessment, give each point in the plan a reference number, and write reference numbers in my risk assessment where it asks for control measures.
